People ask me “How many hours do you work a week?” I’m always stumped by this question, since owning Pomegranate Bistro and Lisa Dupar Catering enables all of us to nurture, strengthen, share, and celebrate the teams’ talents with food and service, ultimately allowing us to nourish community through our work. I love meeting new customers and engaging with Pom regulars on a daily basis. We are here to serve our community and create a friendly atmosphere where all feel welcome, including the kids! I have been in the restaurant business for the majority of my career and even worked as a bartender for a period of time.
