Basque in the Warmth Dinner

"The Basque cuisine and culture is some of the richest in the world, and it has been one of my professional joys to learn everything I could about this incredible region. Sharing a border with France makes the food a culinary dream! French influences mixed with the rich Spanish landscape of different fish, produce, ciders and wine pair up beautifully with local traditions that make this one of its kind. To create this menu I decided to stick to some of the root traditions that I fell in love with, as well as dabble with some local influences to make it something I hope you’ll too fall in love with!" - Chef Alena Waite
